Delivery Orders
For your convenience, you are welcome to inspect and try on your order upon delivery while the courier is still present.
If the fit or style is not right for you, you may return the item immediately with the courier. Once the courier has left, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Showroom Purchases
We encourage you to take your time, explore our collection, and try on your preferred pieces while at the showroom.
Once you have made your selection and the dress has left the showroom, the purchase is considered final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted after leaving the showroom.
